Jeremy and Jesse came when expected told us what they would be doing and if that was what we were expecting. They covered all my wood floors with cloth and got right to work. After they were finished had us check their work and explained how to clean. Asked us if they could help us with anything. These 2 young men were courteous and hard workers . This is the second time I have used Beyond Clean. Both times went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

It had been 5 years since this company cleaned my tile floors/grout in kitchen, laundry, and two baths and although it didn't appear to be real dirty, I decided it could probably use it. WOW! What a difference. Like brand new! Courteous, prompt, professional, neat, and great results. Well worth $315.00 to have tile floors that look brand new!

We met Eric Jenkins at the MB Home Show and asked him to provide an estimate on cleaning our grout.  He came out ( exactly at the time he was scheduled) and reviewed our tile and grout.    We have tile everywhere with the exception of the bedrooms.   He gave us a bid on cleaning the grout the tile and grout with a clear sealer on the grout or a full service of cleaning, repair, and applying a color sealer.   We chose the latter service and opted to have the color of the grout changed to a couple of shades darker.  I have to emphasize that we had a couple of tiles that were cracked, and that we had extra tiles, if he could replace them.   He said that he could, but he could repair the tiles and you would not be able to see the cracks, which would be more cost effective.  I liked that he did not automatically recommend the more costly option.  he also reviewed everything that we needed to do to get ready for them. 

The day of the appointment, Eric arrived on time, ( 9 AM) and again reviewed everything that we had discussed.  When his crew of technicians arrived a few minutes later, they got to work.   I had to run out for a few errands, and while I was out, they called me to say that there was an area that had a long line of where they existing grout had cracked slightly where it separated from the tile.  Again, they gave me options, but let me know, that it had probably cracked due to a crack in the cement underneath, it was just cosmetic, and that they could dig out the grout and replace it, or repair it.   Again, just not automatically going for the most expensive option.  

The very professional technicians worked continually until 6:30 pm.   BOTTOM LINE - Our floor looks like it is brand new.   They did an incredible job.    Recommend highly!

I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised with Beyond Clean. Our home is less than 2 years old and the grout was absolutely nasty. There are only 2 people living in our home and I consider myself a neat nick. Eric, the owner, advised me to color seal our kitchen which I did and we went ahead and clear sealed the bathrooms and laundry room. I am VERY pleased with the work they did. It was a rapid operation but thorough. In fact, some of my kitchen tiles were laid improperly and the grout was sketchy at best. Eric came back and redid the grout after repair work was done on the tile work. A plus to this company.

They have a good pricing and good work. They also gave me a coupon and there's a mailer. It went well and they did exactly what I wanted them to.

The grout in our kitchen area was extremely stained and ugly and no amount of scrubbing on our part could get it to come clean. The two Beyond Clean service reps who came to our house promptly set about the task, and soon had all the tiles and grout looking like new again. At the conclusion of the visit, they reviewed the steps we needed to take in the future to properly care for our new clean floors. We call ourselves and quot;Beyond Satisfiedand quot; with their service.

The experience was good and positive. I like that they knew what they were doing. They are very professional and knowledgeable.
