The serviceman arrived promptly (and called beforehand to say he was 15 minutes out). He asked a few questions, made some measurements, explained what he found, replaced a capacitor and everything started running properly. He also took the time to discuss periodic servicing of the unit. I was very happy with the experience.

WONDERFUL! Chris was professional, clean, and did outstanding work! We highly recommend him for all of your heating and cooling needs. Our house is VERY old and he worked sun up to sun down on our duct work and installing our unit.

As an out-of-state property owner, finding trustworthy and responsive support has been a huge challenge. Beach Air is hands down the best experience I have had when needing any maintenance work done in the Myrtle Beach area. Chris was friendly, responsive, and was able to deliver next-morning service. When I described what my tenants had described, he actually gave me his initial thoughts on what the problem may be (instead of the generic "we have no idea until we see it") Aaron was the technician and showed up on-time and was able to make the repair in under an hour. I was dreading this bill, but it only came to $162. These guys are rockstars and I hope everyone here uses them because they operate a customer facing business the right way.

My A/C stopped working and Beach Air returned my call within minutes of my call. I set an appointment and they responded on time and were able to find the problem (clogged drain line in attic causing the emergency shut off to turn the system off) and fix it efficiently. The technician was very polite and friendly.
