Our air conditioning wear out on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Beach Air was the first to respond to my Home Advisor inquiry. They were able to come out that afternoon and fix the problem. As it was Sunday their fee was a little higher than their normal fee but with 90' weather we weren't going to wait until Tuesday to get the lower price. It was well worth the extra cost to have it fixed that same day. Their technician was knowledgeable and quick to find and fix the problem. Our unit is 15 years old so we were glad not to have to replace it. However when we do Beach Air is the company we will call. Our technician said they will work with Santee Cooper on an energy loan if necessary. In our case we have found a reliable source for our air conditioning and heating needs.

We were lucky that they were able to come out so quickly, and my neighbor even came running from across the street to hire them as well.

The guy who came out was on time and nice enough. He did not get our problem right though, and tried to replace a part that did not need to be replaced. They also tried to charge us for parts that were under warranty, and over charge us for labor. It took about 5 days to get an answer from them.

Great experience. Highly recommend them for any job! We found out we needed service on Thursday evening and they came out first thing Friday and repaired our AC unit. We even took out a service contract with Beach Air!

Ockeko was a doll! He was extremely thorough and explained what happened to our AC unit in terms that I could completely understand and even showed me to put my mind at rest that the unit was in defrost mode and when it does that it tends to smoke. My boyfriend saw it and panicked, thinking that the fan motor blew. But that was not the case, thank goodness! I would definitely recommend Beach Air to friends or neighbors needing professional and courteous heating or air service!

They came out same day working with my schedule. Repair was done professionally, with care and fantastic customer service. I will contact again as this heater is getting old!

They were prompt with their arrival time. Service man was well versed on Heat & Air systems. He went right to the problem and corrected it right away. We will call them with any future Heat & Air problems.

Our technician, Trey. arrived several hours earlier than the company promised - which was a good thing since it was an air conditioning and heating issue. He also called ahead which was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented us with 2 potential fixes and was able to repair the problem using the less expensive option and did not try to sell us any unnecessary parts. We are very satisfied with our experience with Beach Air and recommend them, without exception. And we will use them in the future to replace our aging HVAC system.
