If you need reliable, knowledgeable, dependable service on your hvac look no further. My system went down during the most recent heatwave on a Sunday. Called Beach Air and they had a technician to me in 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problems I had with my system. They suggested I put in portable units until I could talk with them about a system replacement which I was glad to pay for. The next day I met with Mr O’Neal Sessons who explained in in detail the options I would have. Again very professional and knowledgeable. By the end of the week an entire crew showed up and were here when promised. They spent the day replacing my heat pump and ac unit and taking their time to assure it was installed correctly. After doing so they made sure everything was working properly. I give them a 10 +++

Beach Air phone was answered by a live person, and gave me an appointment to come out to my 6 month old new home to inspect my system, which is guaranteed by the builder for one year. They found a non=performing thermostat I was not aware of having a problem. I caught it in time so it will be replaced by the builder. that more than pays for the contract I took out to have Beach Air check my system a couple times a year. They have great reviews and is an honest and great company. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I always check out any company on line before I put my wallet up to my head and pull the trigger, You are doing that right now! Wise Choice...I have owned rental property in the Myrtle Beach area in the past, and depended on my rental companies to handle my repairs. That was a mistake. You can trust Beach Air, and I would insist they are the only company you have take care of your system. Do not believe all those great ads you may see on television. I haven't believed anything I see on TV since I found out a coyote is much fast than a road-runner.
