Project went well. The recommendations that were made during the project were "right on" and I agreed to them with an excellent outcome. During initial phases of the project they came on schedule and gave a written "quote" for the project. However I had to contact them to determine exactly when they planned to arrive "on site" for the project several times. Although they informed me that they were finishing another project and would do mine next, I had to call for an exact time for project iniation. Then inclement weather prevented them from initiating the project; however, I once again had to call to find out when the project would begin. They always returned calls made to them on the same day. However, follow up on when they planned to come and initiate the project could have been better.
