The person that came was very professional and knew immediately what was causing the noise and how to get rid of it.  My house was just built and it is still under warranty but they came out right away anyway.  Before the person left, he actually asked me if there was anything else that I needed to have done.  Shawn (the owner) is great with his customers and knows how to run a quality business.  I highly recommend him as he is an honest a great person to work with.

Have used them several times for routine repair, and emergencies. They are always prompt, professional and polite! The work was done quickly, and they are very reasonable.

Our home is not even a year old. We tried contacting the plumber who did all the installations and he never returned our calls. We called B and B on our neighbor's recommendation. They set up an appointment for 2 days later. Shawn and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and answered any questions we had. They got right to the job.

I needed to replace both of my hot water heaters. I was looking to save some money on my utility bills so I researched the tank-less hot water heater. I asked several friends about who they use for their plumbing needs and the same name kept appearing.

Shawn gave us an estimate on a new water heater, installed it 4 days later and didn't leave a mess. Very reliable and professional.
