Called them and a plumber came out the same morning. He attempted to clear the drain with a power auger but had no success. He advised that the trap needed to be replaced, but seemed to be uninterested in doing the work, as it required going in the crawl space. I asked for an estimate but he did not give me one. The other minor work was done to my satisfaction, except he used gray pvc on a wall sink when he should have color-matched it.
