Private Investigation
The security guard who came to site was a very sweet and kind older gentleman. He was armed but did not have to use his weapon. He was very good at survelling the situation, performed regular checks on all 4 entrances of our 2 buildings and kept an ear to the ground to advise me of what was being said by the tenants.
My only issue was that one of his duties was to get a sign in sheet going, insist on photo ID form each person entering the property and take a photo of each piece of identification with his phone which he could then email me later.
The reason for this is that one of our tenant had a criminal record and was using an alias. I needed to see what name he was using on his identification. It was one of the main reasons for hiring the security guard.
The guard was extremely flexible with his hours, agreeing to stay fr whatever we needed, and very considerate.
I was just upset about not having this key photographic evidence that I really needed not being available to me.
