"Actually our business is locally owned and operated. The owner has been living in [Member Information Removed] for 28 years and all of our management and team members are local. Your property was serviced 5 times in August and one time in September. We didn't charge you for the 2 additional times in August we came onsite trying to make you happy. We also have been push mowing your property at no additional charge for several months (which is always an upcharge) and sent the crew back onsite each time you said you had an issue in an effort to make sure you were satisfied. After we heard about you blaming us for damaging your fence (which we didn't do), claiming we broke your irrigation (after Agli investigated and determined we didn't) and saying we killed your bush when we had a picture of the plant date and timestamped before we even started spraying I realized that we would never be able to make you happy. Then your husband accused one of our team members of lying to him about spraying the bush. At that point, I realized it was time to politely part ways. Then you chose to post this inaccurate review full of false statements. We will not be going back and forth with you publicly, but we did need to defend ourself from your inaccurate statements. We certainly wish you well."
