The same crew will be on the job from start to finish. The owner personally oversees all jobs. We offer a free color consultation before we begin each project to help you create your perfect home environment. We use the highest quality Sherwin Williams paint and the most professional painting equipment, giving you the highest quality product in the most efficient time frame. We give you an estimate of the project before we start, and we strive to give you the best work at the price that we have quoted without any additional costs to you of money or time. Simon and his crew performed in a very professional manner. Work was completed in a timely manner, which was important as another major project was scheduled closely following Simon's work. Clean up each work day, and on the day of completion was excellent.
We intend to hire him for follow-on projects.

"Thank you for all of the positive remarks that you posted in your review. We are committed to respecting our customer's time. We make sure to call our customer's if we're not on time for any reason. We are also committed to making sure our work area is clean at the end of each day. We also want to make every effort to satisfy any, and all, customer concerns. We always ask our homeowner's to inspect our work on the final day of each job. The homeowner was unable to meet with us on the final day. We followed up by phone to make sure everything was completed to the customer's satisfaction. We were asked to touch up some railings at the front porch so we promptly addressed those concerns. We didn't know about the paint runs the customer is referencing. We have offered to correct them. This job was halfway completed by another painting contractor before we started. Two-thirds of the house already had one coat of paint on it. In order to keep costs down, we agreed to apply one coat of paint to the previously painted sections. We applied two coats to the sections that were never painted. We always apply the specified number of coatings to every job. The scope of work on this job was a little peculiar since we were stepping into a partially-completed job. We are grateful for the work. Thank you for choosing AHG Professional Painting."

This would have cleared up any misunderstanding and drastically reduced the length of job. As a result of your input, we have also implemented a more thorough final walk-through with our customers.
