Mr. Brown was a true professional.  His work was not only good, he was neat, quick and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Mark came recommended to me by my neighbor and I can certainly understand why! I used him to help with plumbing, some electrical, drywall, and new appliance installation during a condo renovation. He does excellent work with an emphasis on doing the job RIGHT and not just getting it done. I also found him to be very trustworthy and he always gave me honest input about what all would be involved, what needed to be done to have the best long-run result, etc. On the day that he finally was able to install my kitchen sink and plumbing (after waiting on the kitchen counter to be installed) he literally stayed until 8pm to get the job done since he knew I'd been without kitchen plumbing for over 3 months. He then also came back the next day to fix a tiny leak in 1 of the pipes that we didn't see before he left (it was a very minor leak that was an easy fix). I was using Mark for and quot;Handymanand quot; type work but I think his primary and quot;joband quot; is more along the lines renovation - for this reason scheduling was a bit interesting. He could typically tell me a day but not a time. For example, sometimes he'd text me in the afternoon and say and quot;I can swing by at 5 to do Xand quot; or and quot;I'm in the neighborhood, can I swing by in a hour to do Yand quot;. I work from home so for the most part this wasn't a problem for me although it did make my day a little hard to plan. However compared to the work he did and the level of trust I have in him (not only with doing the job right but also with having him in my home), I'd say this scheduling quirk is really a mute point. I will definitely use him again if the need arises!
