Steve Walters does it all. He is superb, talented, trustworthy and altogether terrific. We consider Steve a top notch professional and rely on him not only to do what we ask but also to recommend and advise us on how to make our home better. 
We have been using Steve for about 5 years. He was recommended by a family member. Steve has done simple jobs like installation of ceiling fans and very complex jobs like redesigning our kitchen. The most amazing job he did was to design and build a custom built in wine bar for us that matched an existing piece of furniture (entertainment center). We don't know how he dd it, but the wine bar looks like it was purchased from the same manufacturer as the entertainment center. It is gorgeous and fits in the space (a great-room alcove) perfectly. We have received numerous compliments. He also refashioned an old entertainment center into a built-in library piece- redesigning a TV cabinet into a beautiful shelving and storage unit that fits perfectly into an alcove in our library. He also did a major kitchen redesign including building cabinets for a custom pantry and double oven when he was unable to purchase a match for our cherry cabinets. Steve also painted the entirety of our 3100 sq foot home and built custom storage cabinets in our garage
This is our second home and we are frequently not there. So we needed a contractor we could communicate with and trust to be in our home without supervision. Steve is so trustworthy- we had no problem giving him access to the house. He emailed us frequently and sent photos of the house as work progressed. His clean-up was immaculate. Nothing was out of place, including the decorative arrangements on top of my kitchen cabinets that were put back exactly as I had them. Steve takes pictures before he starts his work so he knows how things were placed by the homeowner. 
Billing was consistent and clear. We handled everything via email. His prices are fair.  We highly recommend him.
