 + -1 moreTotally disappointed, I paid them $9125 through check as a down payment last 11/11/2021. we resolve the situation with the HOA last April 11 2022 asked them if they willing to start the work and they informed me that it might take them 6 months to start the work, September of this year I talked to them and want my money returned, but got no response from them. I also informed the Better Business Bureau about this, they receive the complaint and they have contacted Sunspace of Myrtle Beach and will make a follow on them if the provider still didn't reply.
Description of Work: Supposedly they need to expand the porch out 12 feet enclosing the entire area with glass windows and new floor, 2 ceiling fans and 3 additional outlets.
