Strand Paint

Strand Paint was hired to paint the complete interior of our new construction home in Pawleys Island. When we saw the final product, we were SHOCKED as it was SO sloppy and messy. Paint was everywhere and there was dirt/sawdust in the paint so walls and trim were not only painted badly, but were bumpy. Many of our doors need to be replaced as the paint is so thick, bumpy and drippy that it can't be sanded off. Our front door needs to be replaced as they ruined it. They got paint all over our expensive hickory hardwood floors and even on a stone fireplace which is nearly impossible to remove. They ruined all the trim in our dining room and it has to be torn out and replaced. Our stair treads were stained incorrectly and nail holes left unfilled, so they need to be redone. Every hinge and piece of door hardware is covered in paint. We are beyond upset as Stand Paint said they would come back repair the issues, but they never did. They won't return calls. We are disgusted and will be filling a lawsuit to pay for the thousands of dollars it will cost us to repair the damage they did.
