Great choice for a on-trend, fun, sexy haircut. Salon is noisy and a tad crowded on certain days. Decor is very relaxing and tactile. They accept credit cards for services and tip. Aveda, a mid-price point product line, is elegantly displayed and sold in the reception area. Aveda is the highest quality product available in this area. Do I prefer Shu Uemura hairspray and Keratese shampoo/conditioner? Yes, but but they are high-price point and no salon within several hours drive sells them. Hello internet ordering.

After a bad experience with an appointment (left waiting while others were taken care of), I have totally had good experiences with Stox. Owner Susan Stox called me after she was made aware of the previous situation, and sent a haircut gift card. The gift card was not necessary - what I most appreciated was her reaching out to me and explaining what happened . So I decided to try them again.
I have since been to Stox twice for haircuts and color, and Susan again apologized to me, this time in person. I will continue to go there, and like the work of Katina Wilson. So my 'bad' review has been updated.

I go on a regular schedule for hair color and cut. I have gone to Stox and Co. for years. I love it! The staff are always very friendly and professional. It is a calming treat in my busy week. I enjoyed every minute of my last appointment and each one before. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

I am new to the area and was looking for a new salon and I regret choosing Stox and Co - I needed several services Highlights, haircut, massage, and eyebrow wax and tint. The massage was one of the worst ones I ever had - the masseuse started late and cut my time short I asked several times for her to ease up on the pressure and she did not, what was suppose to be a relaxing experience was actually painful. As far as my hair is concerned I brouhgt in the directions from my last stylist on how to do my hair the stylist at Stox and Co claims she followed it but it came out completely wrong and after asking for the ends of my hair to be just trimmed she cut off 2 inches. regarding my eyebrows she forgot to even tint them and did a terrible job waxing them - I had to go somewhere else to get them straightened out - save yourself some pain and trouble and do not bother with Stox and Co

They have three places. I go there every Friday and Stefanie Harder is the girl that I go to. I have had an excellent experience with them. She listens to what you are asking about, what you want her to do with your hair. She does not do what she wants; she listens and does what you want. She in particular is very accommodating and she is the best.
