We had an unidentified leak in our shower that caused some water damage and called Shepherd Restoration for help. Mr. Kouns diagnosed the problem. During the process necessary to fix our leak, we decided to remodel our shower/garden tub into a walk-in shower. They provided quality materials and workmanship, and were dedicated to doing the job correctly.. Pricing was reasonable; the project estimation was accurate on the front end of the job and there were no change orders. It is refreshing to work with someone that does what they say they are going to do. I would hire Shepherd Restoration and recommend them for anyone that needs repair/restoration for damage from the elements and any remodel jobs.

Andrew and his team were amazing to work with! The entire team was tidy and courteous. Andrew and his brother (woodworking extraordinaire) were both so understanding and patient. (This was not a planned renovation, so we were making decisions and changes as they were working.) Andrew is quick in his responses and very easy to talk to! Cannot say enough nice things!
