Initial contact and the estimate went fine. agreed to do work on a Friday. I was told they had a climber on each team and would not drive a large truck into my yard. The day of service, one guy showed up before the foreman. He had a bunch of excuses for why certain things could not be done. He also smoked the entire time while trimming trees. The foreman showed up and overrode the excuses, but it was still frustrating. He also said some of the work was done as a courtesy. What the heck, I paid a lot for the service. It was not a courtesy. I was told it was an all-day job, but I rushed and finished in a few hours. left the yard in a mess. The stump grinder came on Monday and did a decent job. Overall, I do not think I got my moneys worth.
