Have had many problems with Ryland INC from Charleston who built my home in Myrtle beach. Their warranty division is terrible. I have had my air conditioning worked on 6 times and still it isn't working and now it is leaking through my sheetrock ceiling. It took them 6 months for me to get a working dishwasher. My electric outlets blow out and trip circuit breakers often. The spackle and taping is terrible and my soffets blow up in windy conditions. I would not recommend buying one of these homes. I have talked to neighbors at the pool and hear many bad stories about their home problems and how long it takes to correct those problems. The pool also isn't being taken care of properly. Ryland is building homes so fast but the quality is just terrible. Try a different builder
