Never had to hire a Mold Inspector but after unit above my condo had a slow leak, I had no choice. After a quick discussion about mold inspection, I had an appointment. Service is friendly and explanations were easy to understand. I had preliminary feedback within 24hrs from my initial call and 12 hours later, had a lab report explaining the findings.
