 + -1 moreI called her. We set up an appointment for Monday, 9/13, 10am for her to come to my house and give me an estimate on what the charge would be for cleaning my house. She never showed up. I called her Monday afternoon and left a message. She never returned my call.

 + -1 moreWe used this maid service for our mutually owned vacation condo at Litchfield Beach. The owner, Linda Vause, is very rude. When I spoke with her on the phone she complained about the condo being "messy". She yelled and screamed at me. She didn't finish her last cleaning job (in time)before the next owner came and she blamed me for it (she said I left "everything out of place". She is very unprofessional. If she accidentally breaks something, she blames the last ones that used the condo.
Description of Work: I would never recommend her to anyone else. She is not professional and her cleaning services are not up to my standards (especially the showers, bathroom floors, etc.) She left mold and mildew in the shower and the bathroom floors are not cleaned properly. She left the shower curtain liner dirty also. She doesn't clean the glass patio doors nor does she dust the furniture and glass shelves. She complains if it takes her too long to clean.
