cabinet refacing
 + -1 more. Their first step was 'qualification. So I was subjected to a phone questionnaire to verify it was worth their while to come and see me. OK, this is reasonable, sending out a salesman is an expensive business... but the instructions "ALL Decision makers should be present" was presented as a demand. I said OK. The decision makers were there. I'm not an idiot. Next came a slew of junk mails from the company offering advice on how to remodel your kitchen. OK, but a bit heavy handed. Then a confirmation call that we really really would be there for the call. The call when it came was an unmitigated disaster. They guy was borderline rude all the way through. Over and over again making snide comments, setting us up for a high bid "This is an unusual job" (its actually very straightforward) , "I don't have those samples with me", " I don't have the price list with me".... on and on , there was more , but I won't bore you with it.. I usually don't complain like this but... Finally he left and we never heard from him with a quote. So I will never know if the quote would be OK or not. The junk emails continue.. no way to unsubscribe.
Description of Work: The company was scheduled to give us a quote on countertop replacement. They were referred to us by Costco so I expected both high quality and competitive pricing. Terrible experience with the guy. Never got a quote. The company processes seem to treat the customers as fodder.
