 + -1 moreThe first communication was very nice as was many emails after. A list was sent with things we were looking for in a house and I was reminded not everything can be in a house you want to buy. I asked about a home we discussed and was told it may be owned by investors and he needed to check. Well, I told him I got through the internet looking at different places with homes to make sure I do not miss one. I do not know if he was upset by this. During the time with him we did not deal with another realtor once we signed the contract he needed to keep helping us. I found the home we spoke about sold after I emailed several times about the home we discussed. After a few I asked about the home by street and number of the home and he returned he knew of no place. We discussed it on the phone so he should have known of the place. Then when I told him the it is sold..his actions were grounds for legal actions but we just wanted to get away from the experience
Description of Work: breached a contract for agent buyer..It started with the agent being friendly and eventually he became upset because I called or emailed from PA to check on his finding information on a house I wanted to buy..He said he would find the name or names of the people selling the home through a realtor as it may have been a investment firm..finally the home was sold before he got back and when expressing being upset he did not get info when he said he said he felt it better to break the contract...No foul language or actions were stated to him other than being upset he did not check on the home
