A number of months my F-150 King Ranch died on me after beginning to skip badly. After coming to tow it in (which only took 20 minutes for them to get to my location which was at least 15 minutes away) they determined a bad coil had caused a fuse to blow and shut the truck down. My truck was ready later that day. When I thought I detected a slight skip, I was concerned it would stop on me again. I took it to them to have it checked out. They put it on the diagnostic machine and visually inspected the engine wiring. They could not find any issue that required repair and called me later that day for pickup. When I picked it up, there was no charge to me. Granted I have been a past customer, but they did spend their time, used their machine but would not accept any payment.
I call that SERVICE!
