They convinced me to buy cheaper tires and assured me they were good quality. They are not. They can not handle any slickness on the road caused by oil, water, ice or snow. They are dangerous.

When I asked for a refund or credit towards good quality, safe tires, they nonchalantly refused.

"Customers father chose the lesser tires, called a week later complaint of poor traction on snow and ice in the northeast. At no time did any conversation take place about snow tires or the need for such. Tires purchased are a premium brand with all season ratings ( Hankook ) and we are in the South."

I arrived at work and noticed my tire going flat. I only had a few minutes before I had to start work, so I called Brian's and
asked him if he could fill my low tire with air until I got off work. I arrived at the store and he was outside waiting. He
would not let me get out of my car because it was cold. He checked and filled all four tires immediately and would not
charge me. I have not done business with him before, but because he was so kind, I will not hesitate to do business
there.
