The girls were told exactly what was expected, as I had allergies. I was impressed she took notes, and she agreed to all, including using my cleaning products. They started out willing to do the work, did a good job, but neglected necessary details as Spring/ Summer/vacation homes pulled them away, which was disappointing, especially during allergy season. In addition, a substitute was brought in, when the leader was out due to spouse health complications. The sub was not very agreeable to taking requests for some more thorough detailed cleaning to help prevent more allergens. They did not return, giving no notice! Luckily I was able to find other help fairly quickly, but I had to start over with new people. Domestic cleaning is quite different from vacation rentals. It takes an attitude of respect for those who have entrusted their home and their health to someone they do not even know and are willing to pay. When those services are not rendered as agreed upon, it can be disappointing at best, as well as possibly harmful at worst. Businesses should be held accountable when they accept a job and then do not fulfill their obligations.

Nice people with strong skills

Good. I wasn't able to be home when they came. There were 3 women cleaning. I did feel some rooms looked better than others.

It was by far the best experience we have had with a service provider at our house in Pawleys Island. They were very punctual, very reliable and did a fabulous job cleaning. A very thorough cleaning was performed. All we asked to be done was done well. A really well done for a good price. Will definitely hire again. Exceptional.

Nancy Sheldon and her fine group of cleaners were attentive to every detail in my condo. It was absolutely beautiful and fabulous for my arriving renters.

Have also recently had both driveway and back porch pressure washed for the first time in the 5 years at this address. They now look like new and couldn't be more please. Once again the price was right and the results were terrific. I will be a repeat customer for both services.
