Terrible company, Mike Barnaby put storm protectors on an 8x8 window horizontal. 17 bolts on each side, Impossible to put up or take down. Should have a track on top to slide the panels in then bolt at the bottom. Very unprofessional person & job. He also put too small of a track on top of other windows to slide panels in. We are having to get another company to correct all Barnaby's mistakes.

Mike Barnaby gave me an excellent price, much better than Window World, sorry. The work was done in 2 weeks where Window World told me 8-10 weeks. His employees were professional, detailed and we could not have asked for better results. Michelle in the office was always available for questions prior to the installations. Mike told me to text him if I had a question and he responded back to me while he was on vacation. I highly recommend Barnaby and Sons. FYI, Window World never called me back to see if I wanted to do business with them. Their loss. I will use Barnaby and Sons again in the future!

This was a great experience. From the very beginning they were in communication with me keeping me up to date on the order and installation. The owner gave us a great detailed description of the windows we ordered and helped us with getting the HOA approval. The installers were terrific and very knowledgeable in the installation process. A great company to do business with.

From initial contact with the owner of this company through the final details finishing the install the owner and office staff were very professional and gave great customer service throughout the process. The owner came and gave us the estimate and explained everything thoroughly. Once we scheduled the install, the installers came on time and did a quality job. There were some final details that needed to be completed on the inside (paint, caulk, etc.) and the company sent a painter out twice to do the job. Appreciate the detail and caring attitude of the owner and office staff.
