Tony reset the cables and adjusted the chain tension to the optimal level on the problematic door. He then tested and lubed both garage doors. He even took the time to acknowledge my overly excited 111 lb puppy. Great service and very professional!

I really can't remember much about him except that he just seemed like a decent guy. Their work held up fine. I didn't have any problems.

7/25/2013 A&A came same day when door was stuck with broken roller. Replaced all with new neoprene rollers--still very noisy, which was complaint not addressed.
11/22/2013 door stuck in open position. Called A&A. Told couldn't respond before 11/25 or 26. Described symptoms to Jeff Cudd, owner, who only said if I couldn't wait (with door open) to call a competitor--which I did.
Competitor responded in 1/2 hour, told me blinking overhead light was clear symptom of misaligned safety beam (which A&A was fully aware of). Realigned beam and all worked well.
Summary--A&A (Jeff) was all smiles and helpfulness when my need suited HIS schedule: acted like a "F/U stranger" when it didn't

Technician was good. He was under constant time pressure and received phone calls during installation. He left before a final trouble shoot of the job after receiving a phone call to help on another job.
Phone quote by Mr. Cudd owner was $850.00 for regular strength metal door and $1050, ($200 more for hurricane resistant door). All materials supplied except my existing rails. He stated that initial visit he wasn't going to charge for. The initial visit was to put my old door back up until it could be replaced.
Company missed two appointments, first two days in future. Excuses were material first and than another job after being on the company's schedule two weeks.
Company would not return the next day to adjust my newly installed garage door to "center" without additional pay (off 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch to left)
Owner wanted $95.00 to install covering molding for gap. Any one would have thought weather molding would be included in install and purchase of hurricane resistant door.
Jeff Cudd owner stated he wasn't going to charge for my initial visit by the technician. The day before the install he showed up and insisted on additional payment for initial visit, "give me something" he added $100 to final bill, and stated "people he didn't like he would charge $1500".
Get it in writing. You will be up-charged and remember forget adjustment the day after install

The technicians arrived on time for the scheduled replacement. They went right to work and in approx. 30 minutes they replaced our worn out opener with a belt driven model. They were professional and did a great job. They took the old opener with them when they left. The new unit is pricey but has better quality and warranty then the old model.

They have changed ownership since we used them but the name has remained the same. We had some issues with the doors and they had to come back and realign them. They tried to charge us a service call for that and we said that we were not doing that and that they should have gotten it right the first time. They did remove the service call. We were not extremely unhappy but we kind of got aggravated a little bit. The doors work and we are okay with it. We did check around for pricing. They did make it right after we pitched a fit.
