Took 11 months to complete a parking pad after I paid in full. Materials left on the property, workmanship was poor, and I had to keep after the owner to get the subpar work done.

I had to let them go. I don't really want to give them a bad rating. I think it's a growing business, and they kind of took on too many clients. I don't have any office or administrative support. When they did come, they did do good work. When I try to reach out to get additional things added on, asking for additional quotes, they weren't as responsive, and their invoicing gets backlogged often. I won't realize and it will go like 5 months, and they will send the invoice in several months. They are really nice guys. I think they are a little in over their heads. They need some administrative help and they would be in a better place. The price fine. I think it's a competitive price. It's right in line. We didn't have an exact time that they come. They just come on a monthly basis. Raymond is a really nice guy. He's just a little overwhelmed trying to do and run the business. He's trying to run it all. I wish him the best of luck.

awful. the owner brandon is the least professional service owner i've ever dealt with. he has a terrible attitude and never shows up when he's supposed to and very slow to respond when you call or text. the first visit he did not hedge the bushes as agreed and on the 2nd visit he only did half the bushes which looked ridiculous. when i texted him to ask why he keeps skipping the bushes he finally replied "we'll get it next time". he's always "behind schedule" and never shows up when he's supposed to. when you try to contact him about issues instead of resolving them he gives you a terrible attitude. when we were finally fed up with her service and told him we would not be using him anymore he tries to charge a $240 "cancellation fee" which we refused to pay. so he now threatens small claims court which we are happy to fight. buyer beware, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are the absolute WORST

Not bad. The majority of the debris was picked up in the priority area of the yard. We thought more would have been able to be picked up within the 4 hour period.

I have a series of paving stone paths winding through a natural-style backyard, which includes 12 very large oaks which constantly drop scores of pounds of leaves, as well as branches. I had lots of "volunteer" plants which needed to be pulled, vines which needed to be trimmed, and general yard debris which needed to be bagged. I bought the 4 hours for $149 deal. The owner of the company dropped off a young man with instructions regarding what I wanted to have done (I was at work) and stayed in touch with him throughout the job. When I arrived home from work, he was just finishing up. I asked him to pull a few more weeds from between the paving stones, which he promptly and cheerfully did, then he went out front to wait for the owner to return to inspect the job and take him back to the office. While the young man was waiting, he went ahead and edged my front yard, which was not part of the deal, but he said that as long as he was still there, he was happy to do it. Service with a smile, I would definitely use this company again!

Brandon (the company owner) and I stayed in contact leading up to the agreed upon date of service, and he texted me pictures of each side of the house as they trimmed, to make sure I was happy with the work (I was away at the time). Fantastic service, and I have since signed up with his company to continue our bi-weekly lawn care service.

I have been using this company for lawn maintenance for just under 10 years. They mow, weed-eat, edge, blow, spray for weeds, mulch, plant annual flowers, manage the turf, and handle the irrigation system. Lawn looks great year round.
