Stucco Service
Joe Samuelson never finished the job - after two years.
In addition, he sprayed stucco all over the house, on our brand new vinyl windows and screens, the doors, light fixtures, and air conditioning equipment. This was counter to our agreement, that he would apply the stucco by hand and not by spraying. What work he did do is sloppy and patchy with a scratchy texture. It looks just awful!
He was to apply stucco to our soffits, and he closed off the vents to apply backer board. They have been closed for two years now and are still closed.
We have begun to get estimates for someone else to complete the job correctly and will be pursuing repayment and reparations.
Unfortunately, we had already written a review in Angies List before we had a chance to completely inspect his work (the house is a rental, and we live a thousand miles away).
