Had to go back a second time, but they did what I asked them rather than diagonsing the car. Partly my fault. Overall responsive, quality work at a reasonable price.

Great experience - on several visits to Zip's. These people are honest, pleasant and know what they are doing. They've put new tires on my car at a very reasonable price. And changed my timing belt before it gave out - again at a very fair price. So glad that I found Zip's. Reminds me of the kind of auto service you used to get from your neighborhood shop.

Efficient, reasonable, but don't expect a nice waiting room. They offered me a ride home if I needed it, which I didn't, but it was nice to know it was available. These guys do what they say they're gonna do and do it in a timely manner! The only reason they got a B in professionalism is because if I had had to wait in the "reception area", it wouldn't have been very pleasant.
