 + -1 moreGreat experience - on several visits to Zip's. These people are honest, pleasant and know what they are doing. They've put new tires on my car at a very reasonable price. And changed my timing belt before it gave out - again at a very fair price. So glad that I found Zip's. Reminds me of the kind of auto service you used to get from your neighborhood shop.

 + -1 moreEfficient, reasonable, but don't expect a nice waiting room. They offered me a ride home if I needed it, which I didn't, but it was nice to know it was available. These guys do what they say they're gonna do and do it in a timely manner! The only reason they got a B in professionalism is because if I had had to wait in the "reception area", it wouldn't have been very pleasant.
Description of Work: They diagnosed and fixed my air conditioning, changed the oil and refilled the wiper fluid. The air conditioning was an electrical relay problem, which they diagnosed and fixed right away. I've taken my car to them before and they've always been able to work on it the same day. With the air conditioning problem, I had to wait a few days for them to schedule it in, but it was fixed the day I brought it in. It's not a pretty garage, but they give efficient, no-frills service at reasonable rates.
