It took a while for the tech to get the cables installed. Then they didn't work for a while until my wife figured out the tech plugged the cables into the wrong place. I was also disappointed that the tech did not install a wall mount that allows us to plug the cable from the wall mount. Instead, he just ran the cable from under the house through a hole in the wall panel, so we can actually pull the cable out of the wall. But the price was good (I think).
