Appliance Sale
First the salesman gave me incorrect information on what I needed. I talked to the national company and found out differently. Then, in spite of my having the part numbers, he ordered the wrong thing. After all the hassle, I decided to return both parts and go elsewhere and cannot get the items credited back to my card.
