appliance sales
+ -1 moreFirst the salesman gave me incorrect information on what I needed. I talked to the national company and found out differently. Then, in spite of my having the part numbers, he ordered the wrong thing. After all the hassle, I decided to return both parts and go elsewhere and cannot get the items credited back to my card.
Description of Work: The salesman ordered the one wrong component of two. I returned the items on June 10, 2008 and am still trying to get the refund credited on July 3, 2008 despite repeated phone calls. Several times I've been told I needed to talk to the salesman who was always out and did not return my messages. Finally talked to the person who would issue the refund a week ago and it still has not been credited.
