i noticed problems with the electrical work, every plumbing job done there was a leak that needed to be fixed, old plumbing wasn't removed and that later caused us to have a leak and have to tear down the new tiling we had had done to repair it. in essence we had to have the work redone, i felt there were concerns that were not addressed, he painted our walls but did not prep or prime them, even painted over the glue from the wallpaper, i have had to have all of his work for the most part redone, his carpentry work that was done on the porch was good.
