We settled on a price and we trusted him to do his work. We have 11 vents in our house. After a few hours he said he was done and it turns out he had only cleaned out half of them. He also dropped his machine and put a hole in a our drywall. I wrote him a check for half and the other half on a credit card. The check went through and I challenged the credit card payment.
