Andy was great!! We left on vacation and came back to a dust free spotless house with perfect new floors! I can’t find one flaw, I highly recommend timberland hardwood floors.

While we expected the greasy hand prints and scuff marks on all the walls, we didn't expect our nearly new SS frig to be dented. Many gaps at the shoe molding,molding that fell off, jagged edges not covered by shoe molding and noisy floating floor which he acknowledged. He made many appointments to fix problems. He didn't show up, didn't call and didn't return calls . The man flat out doesn't keep his word. If you have a simple job he may be Ok. Otherwise, get everything in writing and make payment when complete.

The work was beautiful. They were professional and cares very much about the quality of his work and pleasing us with the work. He worked hard to make sure everything was as good as possible. His cleaning was wonderful. He took pictures of the room beforehand so he could put them together exactly when he was finished.
