Susan was attentive and on the ball from the very first phone call. She showed us the different areas of Charleston and we were able to determine with her help which neighborhood best fit our commuting preferences and proximity to water. We were blown away by her area knowledge. She went the extra mile, meeting with the home inspector when neither of us could attend, and did everything she could to help us with the transaction. Her superior service greatly impressed us and we WILL use her for all our transactions in the future. She even has a list of agent nationwide that she knows, so if our family from another part of the country needs an agent, she can help put them in contact with someone she knows and trusts.
