All went well. Professional and on time.

I learned about Superior View, Inc. not only from Angie's List, but also from a coupon that came in the mail. The owner of Superior Wash was prompt in setting up an appointment for free estimate. He explained the process and gave me some good information about exterior house cleaning in SC. (We moved here a year ago from the Midwest.) The office person called me the day before our scheduled appointment and asked if we could move up the time: that was fine with us. The four young men who did the work were courteous and efficient and completed the whole house in a little over two hours. They were careful with the window screens which are tricky to remove. I had moved some of the patio furniture, but they did the heavy items and I'm sure would have moved all the patio furniture if I had waited. They did move my porch plants and made sure to hose down all foundation shrubs. I am sure we will use this company again.

Very good job. They had their own bladder with heated water. They did the entire driveway and sidewalk. In the back they did the patio and screened porch area. They also did our furniture and cushions outside. Excellent job

Received a quote for pressure washing the house, screened porch, deck and driveway, cleaning gutters and hand clean outside windows. After I received quote, I found a 10% of coupon in a Val-pak which they honored. Two very nice guys (can't remember their names) came out and completed the entire job in about 3 hours. They did a great job and the house looks fantastic!

I dealt with Phil, the owner, the entire time, the work was done on schedule and professionally. I was very satisfied with the job, and would recommend his services to others. I certainly will use him in the future.

Spray washed outside of home and patio. Removed debris from gutters and cleaned. Also removed pine needles from roof area above gutters. | |Job well done. They were about 2 hours late but did not call to let me know. I had to call them. Only problem.

They came out and provided a free estimate of all services I requested an estimate for.
They were prompt and timely and friendly.
For my driveway (you could park 4 cars in it) and walkway they quoted $96
For the gutter cleaning of my 2 story house they quoted $76
Seemed reasonable and I had a coupon for 10% off all services.
96(driveway) +76(gutters) -18(the 10 percent) =154 total
They did a great job, and the next rain storm we had everything drained perfectly.
About the driveway, we had a car that had been leaking oil, but they were very prudent and explained to me that oil really seeps in and can deeply penetrate concrete being a porous surface but that they would do their best.
Driveway looked great, we have a messy pine tree. And the needles stain the white concrete.
Well all the red blasted away, and there was a shadow of where the oil had been but that was to be as expected.
I was happy they explained where they might fall short of expectations concerning the driveway before they started the work.
