Stewart Tree Service

I had Stewart Tree Service come back out after the first service to have some additional trees taken down. I was extremely happy with the work performed. The crew arrived on time and had everything taken care of by the afternoon. The stump guy came out shortly after and took care of the stumps. Also, my yard and driveway were cleaned when they left. I would recommend these guys for any tree services you need.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the initial estimate to the actual service, the level of professionalism exuded by Chris and his crew was very refreshing and appreciated. His crew even offered to help my wife carry in groceries. The services rendered were excellent and the guys left my yard in better shape than they found it. I would recommend Stewart Tree Service for any job large or small.

They did a good job with protecting the yard around where they were working. They cleaned up well also.

Very well area was cleared of debris and cleaned. Could not tell he had been there except the trees were e trimmed.it was a lot work for five trees. The harsh winter really took it's toll.

He is on time, communicates well. Works with us to trim our trees like we want taking time to discuss our long term plans for the yard.

I called Chris Stewart this morning and told him I?d like to discuss some minor brick wall damage I felt his tree service caused while felling three 50+ ft tall Pines yesterday about 30-40 ft from my wall. He immediately said something like oh great another bad day. They were topping and letting all the large pieces gravity fall from those heights. I was on the second floor of my house and felt my house shake every time a log hit the ground. That?s how strong the vibrations were. A couple of hours later I walked outside and Mr. Stewart came up to speak to me. I found him anything but courteous or professional from the first sentence. He immediately started saying I was trying to get one over on him and that he was not responsible for the separation of the brick. He further stated that he was offended that I would think that they did the damage. All the while he was being combative. Then he mentioned earthquakes as if they were responsible. He followed that up by telling me about someone a couple of years ago who wanted to get one over on him for a broken windshield. I won?t go into the entire conversation but he refused to do anything and said take him to court if I wanted to. The thing is my wife and I walked past the wall daily last week to gather our neighbors? mail who were out of town. The Damage wasn't there Friday. The damage was there Monday after they were working. There were no earth quakes over the weekend that I heard of. Mr. Stewart needs to learn customer service and professionalism. Instead of a minor repair, which was more principle than damage, he escalated to the point that I?d never use his service. I?ve used tree services five times since 1995. He could have turned this situation into a new customer. Thus if customer service is important to you, consider how he?d respond if you had a problem.

It went very well right up until the point Chris Stewart told me he had been possessed by a demon and thought my ex husband was too.

Mr. Stewart's team did a great job for my yard. He came by on Sunday and provided me the estimation. He talked to my neighbor to get the permission to use the drive way prior to giving the estimation (it saves me a lot of money by doing that). His quote is very reasonable comparing to the ones I got from the other company. He told me that he would come back on Tuesday and they showed up on time. The trees were trimmed properly and clean. All the debris were removed and they even cleaned my drive way! I really like their work. It is professional, reasonable and prompt. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for this service and I will definitely use them in the future.

This was a great experience. Mr. Stewart was prompt, professional, and very reasonable. He recommended a tree stump grinder to us and that individual also was professional and reasonable. We would definitely use Mr. Stewart again and recommend him highly.

It went very well. He gave me decent price. He was willing to give me a combination for less than what I was quoted from another.

The trees in the back yard of our recently purchased home had been neglected for many years. Chris came over and gave a free estimate on clearing away some existing problems and potential problems. There were crossed branches, dead limbs, roof threatening limbs and lots of young "volunteer" trees that had to go! He kindly gave me a "tiered" estimate, with a price for what MUST be done, what OUGHT to be done, and for the deluxe treatment. We decided to do it all. They came, they climbed, they cut, and cleaned it all up! To my delight, as an added bonus, thinning the heavy tree canopy changed the back yard from deep shade to now only partly shady and GREATLY reduced the heavy mosquito population! Excellent job, professional service. Highly recommended.
