Good but It was triled.

Good salesman, sold me products, cleaned and protected the carpets.

I found them on Angie's List and have used them before. I have no problem with them at all. I recommend them to others; they are excellent. They keep their appointments and do the job.

They did a great job. They were excellent. They pointed out different areas that they worked on specially that they had to get it cleaned. I appreciated that so that I will not use those areas that much. They moved the furniture but I put away a lot of stuff before they showed up anyway, though they did not tell me that I had to that I just did that. They did talk about moving the carpet around so that the carpet would wear out more evenly. The initial price was low but then I did add on the sud guarding and the extra for them to come back and clean again within a year. The people from these large companies are pretty good at getting you to add on and that I was not too thrilled that I got myself into that. At the end of all that one really wonders whether one really needs all that. To move from $70 to $300 is a long way and one wonders to what happened to the $59 per room. The quality of their work was excellent. They were very professional. Next time I use them I will know not to get wrapped up in the extra program.

I found them on the whole to be quite good. The work went well. I was selling the house, so they did all my carpeting and refreshed my tile downstairs. They did a very good job, and I sold the house in two weeks, so I was happy. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I don't know if I would use them again. We found some damage in the house that we feel like they did and didn't own up to. It was an interior window that was double paned and it was cracked. I don't know what could have hit it besides the wand they used. I feel like they cracked the window and didn't say anything about it. We have used them a few times and they did get the carpet clean but there wasn't hardly any way that it could have gotten cracked. It is a big window and it is probably expensive to replace but I haven't fixed it. I don't know if they didn't know they did it. I don't have much carpet left in the house so I don't need to use them. They were courteous and professional when they came out to do the work. They did come out quick but I wouldn't use them again because of that.

The rug was stained. They did a fairly good job. I thought the cost was expensive. We hoped that they would be able to clean the rug better. I don't think they did anything more than we could have done ourselves. I don't think that's a fault of their service; it's just the nature of the beast.
