David is also a Full-time Firefighter for Saint Andrews Fire Department since 2014 after working for Mount Pleasant Fire Department from 2002-2013. He works 24 hours on shift and off for 48 hours. We service and will install all brands of invisible fences on the market. Our Pet Stop Brand products are also compatible with all other brands to allows us to replace components of an existing system that has been lost of stopped working without the added expense of replacing the whole system. "[removed members name], Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your experience with us was anything less than spectacular. We always strive for complete customer satisfaction. If I had known that those things had been cut we take care of those repairs. We only go about 3" deep with our wire so sometimes, even when the utilities are marked, we hit things due to them not being buried 8" deep as the utility companies have specified to us. As for the sprinkler we have everything needed to repair sprinkler systems due to accidents happening from time to time. If you need anything with your fence please don't hesitate to call, we would jump at the chance to make things right, and service would be on US! Thank you, David Queen"
