Contractor was careful of hardword floors when doing the job. Primer applicaion took more material than estimated, no real issue with that. Primer was not crarefully applied around trim, many areas have primer slopped onto the trim. The finsih coat was thin in several areas and the 'cut in' around the ceiling had numerous missed areas. Also touched the ceiling in several area with top coat. Contractor returned to touch up areas but as more were discovered he skipped an appointed day he set up to complete the touch up, now will not answer of return calls.
