We had a serious back-up in our downstairs bath - both the bathtub and the toilet had waste backing up and clogging the drain. I called Louis to "root" out the waste line (this has been a chronic problem for us since we bought the house nearly 7 years ago). After several tries, it became obvious that this wasn't a typical clog. Louis had his assistant Travis come out the next day and after digging around a bit Travis found that a huge clump of roots had broken 4 feet of the waste pipe. They removed the roots, replaced the broken pipe, added an access so that we won't have to dig to reach the waste line in the future and cleared all of the drains. None of the other companies, including the "big guy" rooter companies, had ever figured out that the issue we constantly had was anything other than waste back-up. Louis was gracious and worked with us to make sure that we could have the work done in a time when money was EXTREMELY tight for us, which definitely took a real load off of our minds! Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. I even felt safe leaving Travis alone in the house when I had to run back to work for a meeting!

He was prompt, professional and responded to my desperation to get the work done late on a Friday afternoon. Called the next day to make sure there were no drips.

The entire transaction evolved over about a week. I called them to come and give me a price before I had the old ceramic tile completely out. Louie came, on time, and we discussed both jobs in detail. He pointed out all the possible pitfalls and advised us on things to do to make the job easier. He gave us choices on costs, based on him doing all the work versus us doing part. After we settled on a cost he told us he would call the following Monday to see where we were in the job. He did call and we set a time for them to come and do their work. He drove into my driveway at the time he said he would and went to work. His helper, Travis, came about 30 minutes later and they were cleaned up and gone approximately 4 1/2 hours later. Both treated our house as if it was theirs. There were no surprises, no requests for more time or money and everything was done as planned. Very professional and Very nice guys. You can't go wrong hiring Servant Plumbing to do your work. Period.

We called Louis, and he arrived within two hours of the call. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and finished the job in the time that other plumbers would have taken to give us an estimate. He did a great job of explaining what he was going to do, best and worst case scenario. I never felt like he was speaking Greek to me. We were lucky to have the situation fall into the "best case" scenario. He even had a piece of pipe that is apparently pretty obscure (we have one of THOSE old houses) in his tool box and we were happy, perhaps for the first time ever, to pay what the plumber asked for in a fee. Louis was a real pleasure to work with and I plan to call him EVERY TIME that there is a plumbing issue in my old house!

I called him as a result of all the good reports on Angie's List. He was very professional and prompt. I normally have to call someone 3 times to get anything done. It's nice to find a reliable person. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

I called Servant Pluming for an estimate and received a return call the same day. He came out the next morning gave me an estimate and I had him do the work the following morning. He showed up on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him for any job - big or small.

The job went very well, Louis showed up right on time, got right to the problems and fixed them all without having to go to a local hardware store to pick up supplies, his truck has about everything in it. He's very professional, very knowledgeable and a great guy. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was in a jam because I had 2 old tubs in a duplex rental property and was unable to find hardware for the drains and overflows. On top of that I had a tenant moving in at 6pm that day. My only option was to replace both drains and overflows with updated ones, something I was dreading. Louis was able to come out that same day and was done and gone in less than 2 hours and at $50 dollars less than the estimate. He saved my bacon and charged a fair price. This guy should work at Disney World his customer service is so good!!! He will get all my business in the future.

They returned our call almost immediately and arrived and finished the job less than 2 hours from the time of our message, despite the fact that we contacted them on a federal holiday.
