The downstairs heat went out suddenly and Mike promptly replaced the furnace fan motor ( under warranty) for the system.
After the repair was completed, Mike serviced both my HVAC systems and gave me lots of great advice on how to reduce my energy costs and prolong the life of my HVAC equipment.
I highly recommend Mike May and Regent HVAC.
