General Remodeling
Ramsdell Renovations recently constructed a half bathroom on the first floor of our 1897 home. Craig Ramsdell provided the design consultation, as well as the technical expertise and skill, needed to take our vision for a beautiful and functional space from concept to reality. A previously under-utilized walk-in closet was converted into a bright, airy and useful half bathroom, complete with a newly added window that when completed looked like it had always been part of our home?s exterior. The craftsmanship of the wainscoting and trim was impressive, and fit nicely with the historical structure of our home. The attention to detail was meticulous, and there was little disruption to our daily lives. The finished product is an aesthetically-pleasing space which has added both convenience as well as value to our home. We look forward to having Ramsdell Renovations work on our next home improvement project!
