 + -1 moreFrom the first contact by phone thru the reinstallation of my 46" TV, I was treated with respect and given excellent information. I would recommend Protronics to anyone needing TV repair. They picked it up one day and returned it fixed the next. The TV is 5 years old and we were worried it would need to be replaced.
Description of Work: There was a problem with turning on the TV. They came and took it off the wall, called me with the diagnosis, fixed it and returned the next day to reinstall it. It is working well now!

 + -1 moreI dropped the TV off at the Protronics shop on Bowman road [accessed via Chuck Dawley because the entry to Bowman Rd. off Hwy 17 is blocked due to construction]. A day or so later I received an estimate via phone of $213 for replacement of the Power Supply unit. A week later the work was done and I picked the TV up at the shop. The final price was within a few dollars of the estimate and the process was painless. Friendly, successful, professional, and timely service just couldn't have been a better experience. This was my first encounter with Protronics and I intend to use their services for any electronic problem.
Description of Work: Our HDTV flat-screen was fried during a lightning strike. Protronics provided an estimate of $213 for replacement of the Power Supply unit.. They can be reached at 843-881-8309.
