From the first contact by phone thru the reinstallation of my 46" TV, I was treated with respect and given excellent information. I would recommend Protronics to anyone needing TV repair. They picked it up one day and returned it fixed the next. The TV is 5 years old and we were worried it would need to be replaced.

I dropped the TV off at the Protronics shop on Bowman road [accessed via Chuck Dawley because the entry to Bowman Rd. off Hwy 17 is blocked due to construction]. A day or so later I received an estimate via phone of $213 for replacement of the Power Supply unit. A week later the work was done and I picked the TV up at the shop. The final price was within a few dollars of the estimate and the process was painless. Friendly, successful, professional, and timely service just couldn't have been a better experience. This was my first encounter with Protronics and I intend to use their services for any electronic problem.
