Chris was easy to deal with and gave us good advice. We were pleased with everything, except would have liked him to give us more frequent updates on progress, since we are out-of-town owners. Perhaps could have been more proactive in letting us know what our options are. He is a turn-key job - He'll see it through from start to finish and make sure it is as you want it. Very honest, reliable and neat employees and subs. I want to give "Quality" a B+ but Angie makes us choose between A and B. The B+ would be because the tile guy made some decisions on his own which I would have chosen otherwise if I had been there - but I wasn't. On the whole, we were very pleased with Pleasantville and would definitely choose him again. And he got the job done on time, 3 months from start to finish....

They were very creative. They came up with some ideas that turned out great. We did have some lower quotes. Everyone who has visited our home has mentioned how nice the work is. They were very respectful. They are able to provide a lot of different services.
