PHR Painting & Home Renovations

They were good. It took about week to 10 days to complete the work. The workers were all good. They showed up and worked, did their job. They did very good. They were fine.

The painters are professional; they arrived when they said they would be at our location. The painters took special care to clean up at the end of each day. The results are outstanding; we plan to have them back to do future painting.

David Whatley is a pro. He was very helpful and very responsive. He gave me advice when I asked for it, and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend him.

David and his crew did an amazing job. Asks all the right questions prior to starting the job and was on time everyday...they completed the entire job ahead of schedule. Ive already given several referrals and recommendations to friends who need work done. Excellent work and good guys. Definitely will be using David and his team again.

Perfectly. David did the estimating and added things we didn't think of that greatly improved the overall effect of new paint. Even so, he underbid the firm we used for previous work and we got better results for less money. Used highest quality paint, a dedicated workforce ably supervised by Rolando, and showed up every day for quality control.

David gave me great advice on a few of the projects that I needed to work on, and recommended that I wait until I find a buyer to begin the work. He was very professional and knowledgable. I hope to use him in the near future!

David was extremely professional. His crew always arrived(s) on time and ready to work. They were polite and friendly and diligent. I have used PHR for the last three years for all my painting needs. They were great.  We had just purchased a home in Mt. Pleasant and were trying to arrange services long distance.  They called back promptly.  They started the job over the Christmas holiday and when we moved into the house in early January, we had a beautifully repainted home.  I would highly recommend them.  We had one other contractor give us an estimate.  They were almost twice as much.

David and his associate did a fabulous job of turning some pretty sad looking walls in a bathroom into a beautiful bright fresh look.  The price listed was due to my purchase of a special deal.  I am very happy with the way things went and would use  PHR again.

This is the second time we have used PHR. We called David and he came over to estimate the job within a couple of days. His price was way less then we expected. We set the day for him to start. They were here bright and early on the appointed day. By the end of that day, they had only some trim and touch up work left to do. The next day they were here a little later in the morning. They finished everything up and replaced the blinds and furniture. David showed up to inspect. He had painted the living room a year or so ago, and he spotted a few dings. He took a sample of the color from the dinged wall and went down to the paint store and had them mix a quart to match. He touched up the dings. He did not charge for the paint nor his time to touch up.

Great painting team!  We will use them again.

This was a third project that we contracted with PHR. During the painting project the owner David Whatley saw an opportunity in the layout of our "raised" house design to do something with our latticed in/unused area on the ground floor.  This area had a beautiful garden and lake view which had been obstructed by the lattice. We moved forward with him in turning this empty space into a great entertaining spot with a screened in patio with additional outside decking.   For a reasonable fee this added great value to our house and to our enjoyment overall. David, as before, followed up with us throughout the project to insure our satisfaction.  We highly recommend PHR for remodeling as well at painting projects.

Wonderful , the work promised was done . No need for reminders . Just quality work without the nonsense you sometimes have with contractors . If you want a professional company that will do what they say , this is the people .

Great service including estimate pricing, choosing color, workmanship and follow up inspection. They verified everything was completed to our satisfaction and touched up as required.  Clean and neat job.
