At first, in 2012 I was scheduled weekly at $30/visit. This was too often and I was being charged for Palmetto blowing dust around as the grass wasn't growing that quickly. After 2 months, my schedule was to be changed to every two weeks at $50 a visit but when I balked at this, we agreed on $45/visit which is typical of most services in this area. When Palmetto did show up on schedule, work was done hastily but not badly. Occasionally they had to return when I saw problems, but this was not often. Issues arose when they would not show for 3 weeks or more and would complain that I only paid for 1 service in a month rather than two, saying that they had been here twice that month. This occurred three times. I noted on my calender each visit and showed Eddie that my record keeping was better than his memory. Based on these issues and a delayed response to recent calls, I have switched companies.
