When paying over $3,800 for a professional exterior home painting for my grandmother's home, I expected better. The paint job itself was professional. The unprofessional issues were poor clean up. They left hundreds of little wood chips all over my 90year old grandmother's yard, she was very upset about that. Also, they left their cardboard pieces all over the yard too, that blew my mind that those were left in the yard. I also asked several times for a receipt for the $500 I gave them for wood repair and never received one unless I provided the paper for him to make a ad-hoc receipt which wasn't the professional expectation I and my grandmother had for this company. 5 stars I don't believe they deserve and they don't deserve a 1 star but this certainly isn't what I had expected. Won't consider this company for any future work. Painting 4/5 Cleanup 2/5 Professionalism 3/5 Overall:. Good, but won't use again wasn't worth the amount of money paid.

Our house looks brand new! They took their time and the paint job looks perfect (and I’m extremely particular when it comes to details). The workers were polite, dependable and meticulous. I would highly recommend.

The crew was excellent. They thoroughly pressure washed and scraped wood surfaces, replaced damaged wood, caulked every joint, And did a careful and excellent job of painting our house.

Palmetto Ceramic Coatings painted their exterior of our home, including our deck and porch. They did an amazing job, and I have received numerous complements on the house. I would hire them again, and I recommend them for anyone looking for similar work.

All items of our contract were performed to the highest standards. With the exception of a thunderstorm that stopped work, the job would have been completed in the quoted three day period. Day 1 clean and pressure wash home (also cleared gutters). Day 2 prep home with tape and plastic, removed gutter downspouts, moved porch furnishings and removed Shutters (not painted as part of contract). Day 3 paint home, trim, foundation and chimneys. Remove tape and plastic, rehung shutters. Porch furnishings placed back in place. Final walk around conducted and final payment made. I had direct communications with management daily, painters arrived on time each day. This company is very professional and is concerned about their quality provided and reputation. We would absolutely recommend them to any friend, family member or neighbor without hesitation. When this home is ready to repaint in the distant future I hope to find them still available. Palmetto Ceramic Coatings (PCC) just completed coating/painting the entire exterior of our home on James Island (June 2020). The house was coated with Rhino Shield (Hardie plank and stucco) and conventional Sherwin Williams Super Deck paint was used on our front and back porches/decks/stairs/railings. In 45 years of home ownership this is the most positive home improvement project we have ever had. Jon Rosa, dealer manager, is an excellent representative of PCC. Like any good salesman he promised a lot and set high expectations. Unlike many/most companies PCC actually delivered on those promises. Jon and the entire painting crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. As promised, once our project was started they were there every day that weather permitted until the project was complete. Every phase from pressure washing to preparation for spraying and painting was done with great care. We are extremely pleased with the results. Perhaps the best review came from our neighbor who told my wife that our house looked beautiful and how perfect and meticulous the painters were with all of the trim and detail work. I highly recommend PCC because I think you will be very pleased with their work. The bonus is your neighbors will be impressed as well!

Jon and his team painted our trim in 2012, and we were thrilled with the results. A year later we experienced a house fire and discovered that the Rhino Shield coating had protected our home during the fire resulting in less damage. As our home was repaired and repainted, we hired the team to paint the entire house. We have a historic home with newer addition. We were interested in finding a paint product with a longer life span than traditional paint. A brief stop at a Rhinoshield marketing tent brought Jon Rosa to our home. He was extremely friendly and took his time in reviewing the current condition of our home (getting on the roof and all!) and suggesting options and scope for consideration. Once we decided that this was an investment we were willing to make, Jon continued his involvement until the end. It's nice when you are not treated as merely a 'sale'. The historic section of the home had minor wood rot in the siding clapboard which was closely reviewed by the crew and replaced prior to Rhinoshield application. We also decided to coat our metal roof, which had a hydrostop coating inching toward the end of its lifespan. The SuperShield roofing coating looks great and covered the newer and old sections of the roof as described and expected. Jon had scheduled a trustworthy crew of guys to our home and they are quite skilled. Their attention to detail, careful treatment of the house, cleanliness, and the quality of work is much appreciated. We were regularly in touch with Randy (crew leader) via email, text, and phone. He was always available to us and the team worked through hot and humid summer days. We can't speak more highly of Randy and his team. We are excited to have a house that looks refreshed and has offered us the chance to forget continual paint maintenance/reapplication. The warrantied lifespan of these products helped us make the jump and invest in the system. If for the longterm, the corporate company treats us as Jon and Randy have, we anticipate any issues/concerns to be considered and well taken care of. Thanks to the Rhinoshield family!

Absolutely FANTASTIC! John Rosa provided a detailed scope of work proposal and the construction team (Justin, Tad and Gabriel) did an amazing job completing the repairs--above and beyond expectations! Every day there was significant progress in their work. The crew's level of professionalism and conscientiousness to their workmanship was outstanding.
