The work was completed in quick order.

The work was done well. I did have to wait ten days for Chris to fit me into his schedule, but he came on time and finished the job (including going to a store to pick up some tubing) in less than two hours. However, I was charged a $99 Service Call fee on top of the work performed (the amount I paid for the work that was performed was higher than the estimate I was given over the phone).

He was there for about 5 hours doing different things. The lack of power that he in the kitchen is why we called him. He helped with our outdoor outlets as well. He was easy to talk to, but was very pleasant. I got the impression that he was very honest. I did feel that way about him. I love that we did the business through the email. Wouldn't call anyone else.

Everything was perfect.  They were punctual, explained everything, were efficient, and left everything in great condition.
Arranging for the work over text messaging and emailing took a few days of delay in between, but presumably that is because they were busy working on jobs and focusing their attention on the jobs they were doing.  So that was fine with me.  We will definitely be looking forward to working with them for any future electrical work we might need.

Our house lights were flickering when the washing machine was running so we called the electric co.  They investigated the problem and replaced some connectors on the outside of the house. The lights still flickered. They said they could do nothing else and we should call an electrician because the problem was inside the house. We called Mt. Pleasant Electrical as they had an excellent rating on Angies List.  Christopher with Mt. Pleasant Electrical did a thorough examination of the breaker panel and determined that the problem was not inside the house but was an electric co. issue with the service coming in.  We again called the electric co. and Christopher explained the problem to them. They immediately sent out a different crew that determined the problem was indeed theirs. It was a loose connection where the ground lead is attached to the transformer. All is now well and we have requested that the electric co. reimburse our Mt. Pleasant Electrical fee.

Did a great job. Right on Time.

Was in contact on a Saturday and he scheduled me for first thing Tuesday morning.  Was running late due to traffic but texted me to alert me of the delay.  Once in the backyard, explained the situation of the shed / irrigation system / light pole had lost all power.
He went to work digging up the line, finding the issue and fixing it.  The original estimate was 250 - 300 but he had to fix / replace many lines and boxes. 
The two of them worked for 2 hours straight and got everything fixed even in some horrible conditions (heat and bugs).
Got everything working in a timely fashion and cleaned up.
I would use them again.

Chris spoke with me about a problem in my home in regards to power spiking in the home.  I gave him details on the problems and he summarized the problem as being an issue with the power line coming into the house which  SCE&G was responsible for servicing.  I asked him if he wanted to come and take a look at the breaker box . He suggested to wait for the electrical company so not to make an unneeded visit for which he would needlessly have to charge.  Totally honest person.  He has my business.

Peter and Pete showed up on time and were super guys.  They were courteous professionals that went about their work quickly and were efficient and neat. The cost of the work was very reasonable.  I am very pleased with Mt. Pleasant Electric, would use them again and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone else who needs a licensed professional electrician.

The electrical problem was a main SCG&E issue not the attic fan.  Tried to sell me on changing my closet light fixtures.

As we've aged our eyesight has dimmed, and we needed to make our living room brighter.  Also, we found ourselves no longer able to change the ceiling bulbs, and they were burning out frequently. Chris came over for a consultation, advised us on the best method of lighting the room and what kind of new bulbs to use. He ordered and installed everything we needed.  He's a very smart, personable, and extremely hard-working guy. Will definitely use him again.
